Usually, the context of a discussion will always be judged by the terminology that we use.

Likewise in Denials also, there are some very important terms that we need to know. They are:

1. Claim Form
2. EOB
3. ERA
4. Adjudication
5. Payer
6. Provider
7. Beneficiary
8. Co-Pay
9. Co-Insurance
10. Co-ordination of Benefits
